What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all types of credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. You can also pay via bank transfer by contacting our customer support.
Is it safe to make a purchase on your website?
Absolutely. Our website is secure and follows the highest security standards using PCI technology and SSL encryption. Payment processes are handled by an external company, so all credit card details are confidential and not stored in Sylvora's system.

How can I request a refund?
You can request a refund according to our website policy. Simply send us a message and we will assist you.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as the order hasn't been shipped. Please send us a message and we will do our best to help.
Can I change my order?
Before finalizing your purchase, make sure all order details are correct. If you contact us on the same business day, we will try to update the items before shipment. If the order has already shipped, you can return the items once the package arrives.
I entered the wrong phone number, what should I do?
No problem! As long as the order hasn't shipped, you can change the phone number by contacting us at guy@sylvora.store.
I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
No problem! As long as the order hasn't shipped, you can update the address by contacting us at guy@sylvora.store.
I received the wrong product, what should I do?
We're very sorry for the inconvenience. Please send us a message with your order number, full name, phone number, and photos of the received products, and we will assist you.
I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email
We send a confirmation email immediately after your order. Sometimes the email may be incorrect or go to spam. Please check your spam folder and if not found, contact us with your order name and we will help.
I received an order confirmation but it contains different items than I ordered
We cannot modify order confirmations. You will receive a confirmation for exactly what was added to your cart. If mistakes occur, we will be happy to help find a solution.

Shipping Information
When will I receive my order?
Order processing takes 1–3 days, and shipping takes 5–17 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Please check if your order is still within this timeframe. Due to circumstances, shipping delays may occur. Contact us with your order number if needed.
How will I know my shipment has arrived?
You will receive emails and SMS updates about your shipment status. You will get an SMS when your delivery is near (where you can also choose a pickup point), and another SMS when it arrives.
